Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep meat
Remove any excess fat from the steak and cut it into cubes. In a bowl, combine with soy sauce, crushed garlic, ginger paste, sesame oil, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
2 Cook skewers
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut bell peppers into similar sized pieces. Thread the meat and the peppers to skewers. Cook in the oven for 10–12 minutes turning once or twice to ensure they are evenly cooked.
3 Prep stir-fry veggies
Clean and halve pak choi and broccolinis. Rinse sugar snap peas. Slice spring onion.
4 Cook stir-fry
Heat oil in a pan over high heat and add broccolini, sugar snap peas, pak choi and spring onions. Stir fry for 4–5 minutes. Season with salt. Serve the skewers on a bed of the stir-fried greens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
