Yes - many of our customers cook for 1 person only, even though we only offer a minimum of 2 servings per recipe. They eat one serving for dinner and keep the second as leftovers for lunch. Our portions are generous so we recommend you order 3 recipes per week (6 servings) and upgrade to 4 or 5 recipes later if you'd like!
