Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Slice the lemon into wedges.
Pick the mint leaves.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Trim and slice the springonions.
2 Make dressing
In a bowl, combine the oliveoil, pomegranatemolasses, sumac, garlic, and a good squeeze of lemon juice. This is your salad dressing.
3 Prep
Slice the tomatoes into wedges.
Deseed and chop the greenpepper into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the cucumber into rounds.
Trim and thinly slice the radish.
4 Combine
Add the crispygreenlettuce and chopped vegetables to a large mixing bowl. Add the salad dressing and toss to coat.
