Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Rinse the babypakchoi and cut each in half.
2 Fry vegetables
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the babycorn and mixedveg for 3-4 min.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Add a splash of water and cover with a lid to steam for 2-3 min.
3 Add dressing
Add the cut babypakchoi to the pan.
Add the gingergarlicpaste, soysauce and ricevinegar to the pan.
Toss the vegetables to coat them in the dressing.
4 Serve
Sprinkle the mixed vegetables with sesameseeds.
Serve the Asian Vegetable Mixalongside your favourite dinner meal.
