  • Peel and roughly chop the ginger.
  • Peel and roughly chop the bananas.
Add

  • To the blender, add the banana, ginger, turmeric, honey, chia seeds and measured water.
Blend

3 Blend

  • Blend everything on a high speed for 1-2 min or until smooth.
  • Adjust the water quantity to your preference.
Tip! Add a handful of ice cubes for a creamier smoothie.
