Before you start

Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Prep

1 Prep

  • Slice the tomatoes.
  • Peel and finely slice the onions into thin rounds.
  • Season the patties with salt and pepper.
Tip! Use any preferred seasoning for your burgers!
If using a hob

2 If using a hob

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Toast the burger buns for 1-2 min.
  • Remove the buns from the pan and set aside.
  • Add a drizzle of oil to the same pan.
  • Fry the patties for 4-5 min on each side until browned and cooked through.
  • Top with the sliced cheese, cover with a lid and cook for 1 min further or until the cheese has melted.
Tip! Alternatively, grill on the BBQ!
If using an air fryer

3 If using an air fryer

  • Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 5 minutes.
  • Place the patties into the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 4-5 min.
  • Flip and cook for another 4-5 min or until browned and cooked through.
  • Top with the sliced cheese and air fry for 10-20 sec to melt.
Serve

4 Serve

  • Load the warmed burger buns with a handful of crispy lettuce, burger patties, sliced tomatoes and onions, pickles and ketchup, mustard or your preferred sauce.
  • Serve the Grass fed Beef Burgers paired with your favourite side: fries, wedges or salad!
