Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan. In a bowl or jug, combine the tomato passata, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano and brown sugar with a pinch of salt - this is your tomato sauce.
Bake naan

2 Bake naan

Place the naan bread onto a baking tray and spoon over the tomato sauce. Top with a sprinkle of the grated mozzarella followed by the beef chorizo. Bake in the oven for 10-12 min or until the cheese is golden brown.
Make dressing

3 Make dressing

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Pick basil

Pick the basil leaves.
Prep salad

5 Prep salad

Chop the cherry tomatoes in half. Add the rocket and cherry tomatoes to the balsamic dressing and toss.
Tip! Dress your salad just before serving, otherwise it will go soggy.
Serve

6 Serve

Once the chorizo naan pizzas are cooked, immediately top with the basil. Slice the pizzas and divide among plates. Serve the cherry tomato and rocket salad alongside.
