Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan. In a bowl or jug, combine the tomato passata, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano and brown sugar with a pinch of salt - this is your tomatosauce.
2 Bake naan
Place the naanbread onto a baking tray and spoon over the tomatosauce. Top with a sprinkle of the gratedmozzarella followed by the beefchorizo. Bake in the oven for 10-12 min or until the cheese is golden brown.
3 Make dressing
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the balsamicvinegar and oliveoil with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
4 Pick basil
Pick the basil leaves.
5 Prep salad
Chop the cherrytomatoes in half. Add the rocket and cherrytomatoes to the balsamicdressing and toss.
Tip!Dress your salad just before serving, otherwise it will go soggy.
6 Serve
Once the chorizonaanpizzas are cooked, immediately top with the basil. Slice the pizzas and divide among plates. Serve the cherrytomato and rocketsalad alongside.
