Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  • Slice the bagel in half.
  • Spread the green pesto on each half bagel.
  • Toast for 2-3 min until starting to crisp.
Tip! If using the oven, preheat to 200°C/180°C fan and bake for the same time.

  • Meanwhile, slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Slice each mozzarella ball in half.
  • Pick the basil leaves.
Add cheese

3 Add cheese

  • Add alternating layers of cherry tomato and mozzarella balls onto each half of the bagel, on top of the pesto.
  • Air fry or oven-bake for 3-5 min until the mozzarella is melting, the tomatoes are warmed and the bagel is well toasted.
Tip! Toasting the bagel with toppings is optional and can be enjoyed fresh!
Serve

4 Serve

  • Stir the balsamic glaze well until smooth and fluid.
  • Serve the Caprese Bagel with a drizzle of Balsamic Glaze over each half.
  • Top with fresh basil leaves.
