Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Slice the bagel in half.
Spread the green pesto on each half bagel.
Toast for 2-3 min until starting to crisp.
Tip!If using the oven, preheat to 200°C/180°C fan and bake for the same time.
2 Prep
Meanwhile, slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
Slice each mozzarellaball in half.
Pick the basilleaves.
3 Add cheese
Add alternating layers of cherrytomato and mozzarellaballs onto each half of the bagel, on top of the pesto.
Air fry or oven-bake for 3-5 min until the mozzarella is melting, the tomatoes are warmed and the bagel is well toasted.
Tip!Toasting the bagel with toppings is optional and can be enjoyed fresh!
4 Serve
Stir the balsamicglaze well until smooth and fluid.
Serve the CapreseBagel with a drizzle of BalsamicGlaze over each half.
Top with freshbasilleaves.
