Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Peel and finely slice the onion.
Chop the romainelettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the cherrytomatoes in half.
Slice the gherkins.
2 Fry beef
Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the beef with the garliconionpowder, BBQspice and a pinch of black pepper for 4-6 min, until browned.
3 Make sauce
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the sourcream, ketchup, vinegar, mustard and agavesyrup.
Add a splash of water and mix well to reach your desired consistency.
4 Serve
Divide the lettuce and babyspinach amongst bowls.
Top with the cheddar, gherkins, cherrytomatoes, onion and mince.
Sprinkle over the sesameseeds and drizzle over the Mac Sauce
