Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Prep

1 Prep

  • Peel and finely slice the onion.
  • Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Slice the gherkins.
Fry beef

2 Fry beef

  • Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the beef with the garlic onion powder, BBQ spice and a pinch of black pepper for 4-6 min, until browned.
Make sauce

3 Make sauce

  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the sour cream, ketchup, vinegar, mustard and agave syrup.
  • Add a splash of water and mix well to reach your desired consistency.
Serve

4 Serve

  • Divide the lettuce and baby spinach amongst bowls.
  • Top with the cheddar, gherkins, cherry tomatoes, onion and mince.
  • Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and drizzle over the Mac Sauce
