Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Mix cheese
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
In a small bowl, combine the gratedmozzarella and fetacheese until well mixed.
2 Mix zaatar
In another small bowl, mix the zaatar with 3 Tbsp oliveoil.
3 Prep manakeesh
Place the pizzabases onto a lined baking tray.
Spread the cheese onto half of each pizzabase and top with a sprinkle of nigellaseeds.
On the other half, spread the zaataroil.
Alternatively, add the toppings separately to each pizzabase.
4 Bake
Bake the manakeesh for 8-10 min until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
5 Serve
Cut the Cheesy Zaatar Manakeesh into quarters or smaller wedges.
Serve alongside your favourite dinner.
