Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Mix cheese

1 Mix cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
  • In a small bowl, combine the grated mozzarella and feta cheese until well mixed.
Mix zaatar

2 Mix zaatar

  • In another small bowl, mix the zaatar with 3 Tbsp olive oil.
Prep manakeesh

3 Prep manakeesh

  • Place the pizza bases onto a lined baking tray.
  • Spread the cheese onto half of each pizza base and top with a sprinkle of nigella seeds.
  • On the other half, spread the zaatar oil.
  • Alternatively, add the toppings separately to each pizza base.
Bake

4 Bake

  • Bake the manakeesh for 8-10 min until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
Serve

5 Serve

  • Cut the Cheesy Zaatar Manakeesh into quarters or smaller wedges.
  • Serve alongside your favourite dinner.
