  • Slice the tomato.
  • Wash the lettuce and separate the leaves.
  • Cut the cheddar slices into quarters.

  • Spread a dollop of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each roll.
  • Top with a lettuce leaf.

  • Top with a slice of tomato.
Tip! If you're packing a school lunchbox for later, keep the tomato separate to prevent the bread from getting soggy.
