Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Bake chips
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.
Slice the potatoes (skins on) into chips.
Add the chips to a large baking tray with a drizzle of vegetable oil and a generous pinch of salt.
Toss the chips in the oil until they are fully coated.
Bake for 30 min or until golden and crisp.
2 Prep
Meanwhile, trim the greenbeans.
3 Fry chicken
Pat the chicken dry with kitchen paper, rub them with oil and season with the chickenseasoning.
Heat a large pan over a medium-high heat.
Fry the chicken for 5-6 min on each side until cooked through.
Transfer the chicken to a plate and reserve the pan unwiped.
4 Make sauce
Return the pan to the heat and add the measuredwater.
Add the cream cheese, onionmarmalade and 0.5 stockcube and return the pan to a medium heat.
Add a crack of blackpepper and simmer for 5 min until thickened.
5 Cook green beans
Meanwhile, cook the greenbeans in a pan of salted boiling water for 4 min until tender.
Drain and season with salt and pepper.
6 Serve
Serve the Chicken, Chips and Green Beans with Creamy Sauce.
