Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Bake chips

1 Bake chips

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.
  • Slice the potatoes (skins on) into chips.
  • Add the chips to a large baking tray with a drizzle of vegetable oil and a generous pinch of salt.
  • Toss the chips in the oil until they are fully coated.
  • Bake for 30 min or until golden and crisp.

  • Meanwhile, trim the green beans.
Fry chicken

3 Fry chicken

  • Pat the chicken dry with kitchen paper, rub them with oil and season with the chicken seasoning.
  • Heat a large pan over a medium-high heat.
  • Fry the chicken for 5-6 min on each side until cooked through.
  • Transfer the chicken to a plate and reserve the pan unwiped.
Make sauce

4 Make sauce

  • Return the pan to the heat and add the measured water.
  • Add the cream cheese, onion marmalade and 0.5 stock cube and return the pan to a medium heat.
  • Add a crack of black pepper and simmer for 5 min until thickened.
Cook green beans

5 Cook green beans

  • Meanwhile, cook the green beans in a pan of salted boiling water for 4 min until tender.
  • Drain and season with salt and pepper.
Serve

6 Serve

  • Serve the Chicken, Chips and Green Beans with Creamy Sauce.
