Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Boil pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
Once boiling, add the pasta and cook for 9-11 min until tender.
Drain and reserve 1 cup of the pastawater.
2 Prep
Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Deseed and chop the peppers into strips.
Peel and finely slice the onion.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
3 Fry chicken
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the chicken for 4 min, until golden.
Add the fajitaseasoning, smokedpaprika and chickenseasoning and fry for a further 30 sec.
4 Add veg
Add the peppers, onion and garlic to the chicken.
Fry for 3-4 min, until the veg is softened.
5 Finish
Mix in the sourcream.
Add a splash of the pastawater and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6 Serve
Serve the ChickenFajitaPasta topped with the cheddar, salsa and corianderleaves.
