Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Mix mince
In a bowl, combine the chickenmince, chicken seasoning and pankobreadcrumbs.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste - avoid for younger children.
Tip!Do not over-mix or the meatballs will become tough and dry.
2 Make meatballs
Using clean hands, roll the mince into 12 minimeatballs.
3 Fry meatballs
Heat a large non-stick pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the chicken meatballs for 4-5 min until golden brown and cooked through.
4 Cut carrot
Peel the carrot and cut into thin batons.
5 Serve
Serve the chickenmeatballs with greengrapes, carrot batons and a sweetchilli dippingsauce.
Can be served on or alongside the minibreadrolls.
6 Serving suggestion
Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Kids 5-8 years: Serve 1/2 portion.
Kids 9-13 years: Serve 3/4 portion.
Teens 14+ years: Serve a full portion.
