Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Mix mince

1 Mix mince

  • In a bowl, combine the chicken mince, chicken seasoning and panko bread crumbs.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste - avoid for younger children.
Tip! Do not over-mix or the meatballs will become tough and dry.
Make meatballs

2 Make meatballs

  • Using clean hands, roll the mince into 12 mini meatballs.
Fry meatballs

3 Fry meatballs

  • Heat a large non-stick pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the chicken meatballs for 4-5 min until golden brown and cooked through.
Cut carrot

4 Cut carrot

  • Peel the carrot and cut into thin batons.
Serve

5 Serve

  • Serve the chicken meatballs with green grapes, carrot batons and a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
  • Can be served on or alongside the mini bread rolls.

6 Serving suggestion

  • Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  • Kids 5-8 years: Serve 1/2 portion.
  • Kids 9-13 years: Serve 3/4 portion.
