Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep chicken
Slice the lemon in half.
Chop the chicken into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, oliveoil, Arabicmixmasala, coriandercuminpowder, smokedpaprika, thyme, a small squeeze of lemon juice, and a good pinch of salt and pepper.
2 Fry chicken
Heat a frying pan to medium high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the chicken and fry for 5-7 min until cooked through.
3 Make salad
Meanwhile, peel and slice the redonion.
Slice or chop the tomatoes.
Slice or chop the cucumbers.
Pick the mint.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients with sumac, oliveoil, a pinch of salt, and a good squeeze of lemonjuice.
4 Shred lettuce
Meanwhile, separate the lettuceleaves and finely slice into shredded strips.
5 Heat tortillas
Meanwhile, warm the tortillawraps in another pan, microwave, or oven.
6 Serve
Spread some hummus on each tortilla.
Add some shredded lettuce, and top with the chicken.
