Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Shred chicken
Using clean hands, or 2 fork's shred the cooked chicken breast.
Add the chicken to a bowl with the coriandercumin, paprika, garlic powder and a drizzle of oil.
Mix well.
2 Fry chicken
Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the coated chicken for 2-3 min until fragrant and slightly golden.
3 Shred lettuce
Trim and shred the baby gem lettuce.
4 Layer wraps
Heat the wraps in the microwave for 30 sec.
Spread the yogurt in an even layer to each wrap.
Divide the shredded lettuce between the wraps.
Evenly divide the chicken on top of the lettuce.
Tuck the top and bottom ends of the wrap inwards.
Roll from the left to right to create a sealed pocket.
Slice in half.
5 Serve
Rinse the grapes and if preparing for young children, cut the grapes into quarters.
Divide the Chicken Shawarma Wraps, Grapes and Crackers between lunch box containers or plates.
6 Serving suggestions
Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Kids 5-8 years: Serve 1/2 portion.
Kids 9-13 years: Serve 3/4 portion.
Teens 14+ years: Serve a full portion.
