Instructions

Make chia pudding

1 Make chia pudding

  • In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, agave syrup, cocoa powder and whole milk.
  • Leave the chia pudding in the mixing bowl or portion into individual containers.
Refrigerate

2 Refrigerate

  • Cover the chia pudding with a lid or cling film.
  • Place into the fridge and leave to set overnight.
Tip! Strapped for time? Leave to set for a minimum of 2 hours before consuming.
Toast almond flakes

3 Toast almond flakes

  • Toast the almond flakes in a hot, dry pan for 1-2 min or until starting to brown.
Tip! Strapped for time? The almond flakes can be eaten without toasting too.
Serve

4 Serve

  • Serve the Overnight Chocolate Chia Pudding with Fresh Raspberries and Crunchy Almond Flakes.
Tip! Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
