Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Boil eggs

1 Boil eggs

  • Cook the eggs in boiling water for 5-7 min or until cooked to your liking.
  • Drain then run under cold water. Peel once cooled.
  • Slice in quarters.
Make dressing

2 Make dressing

  • Cut lemon in half.
  • Pick and finely chop parsley.
  • In a bowl, mash the blue cheese, and mix with the sour cream, garlic onion powder, a really good squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in the chopped herbs.
Tip! For a runnier dressing, add 1-2 tsp of water to get to your desired consistency.
Prep

  • Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Slice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble

4 Assemble

  • Roughly tear the crispy green lettuce into smaller pieces, and lay on a platter.
  • Squeeze some lemon juice over, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble with mild cheddar, black olive slices, cherry tomatoes, eggs, and cucumber on top.
Serve

5 Serve

  • Serve the Chopped Cobb Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing, drizzled over or served on the side.
