Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Boil eggs
Cook the eggs in boiling water for 5-7 min or until cooked to your liking.
Drain then run under cold water. Peel once cooled.
Slice in quarters.
2 Make dressing
Cut lemon in half.
Pick and finely chop parsley.
In a bowl, mash the bluecheese, and mix with the sourcream, garliconionpowder, a really good squeeze of lemonjuice, salt and pepper.
Stir in the chopped herbs.
Tip!For a runnier dressing, add 1-2 tsp of water to get to your desired consistency.
3 Prep
Slice the cherrytomatoes in half.
Slice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
4 Assemble
Roughly tear the crispy green lettuce into smaller pieces, and lay on a platter.
Squeeze some lemonjuice over, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble with mildcheddar, blackoliveslices, cherrytomatoes, eggs, and cucumber on top.
5 Serve
Serve the Chopped Cobb Salad with BlueCheese Dressing, drizzled over or served on the side.
