Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Mix
Preheat the oven to 190°C no fan.
In a bowl, mix together the 4g cinnamon and castersugar, and set aside.
Keep aside 2 tbsp of flour.
In a separate bowl, mix together the remainingflour, bakingpowder, 2g cinnamonpowder and a pinch of salt.
Using a spatula or clean hands, mix in the greekyogurt.
Mix the dough until there are no more dry spots.
Tip!Don't worry if the dough is sticky. The extra reserved flour is to help with this in the next step!
2 Roll
Lightly dust the counter with the reserved flour.
Using clean hands, roll the dough into a thin log, adding flour as needed to prevent sticking.
3 Cut
Cut the rolled log into 13-14 even pieces.
4 Shape
Shape the dough into even-sized balls.
Place on a lined baking tray.
Brush or spray with some oil.
5 Bake
Bake for 18-20 min until slightly golden and cooked through.
In a large bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
Toss the baked dough balls in the meltedbutter.
Sprinkle over the cinnamonsugar and toss to coat.
6 Make cream cheese frosting
In a bowl whisk together the creamcheese, icingsugar, cream and vanilla essence until smooth.
