Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Boil pasta

1 Boil pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
  • Cook the pasta for 7-9 min until tender.
  • Drain and reserve the pan.
Tip! The pasta can be made in advance for the week or fresh on the day.
Prep

2 Prep

  • Meanwhile, chop the cucumber into batons.
  • Peel the kiwi and cut it into slices.
Tip! To ensure the fruit & veg is as fresh as possible chop on the day. If not possible: chop, dampen a paper towel, cover and place in a sealed container
Mix pasta

3 Mix pasta

  • Return the pan to a medium heat with the whipping cream.
  • Heat the cream until steaming.
  • Add the pulled chicken and cheddar and mix until the cheese has melted.
  • Add the cooked pasta, green peas, mix and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Serve

4 Serve

  • Divide the Creamy Chicken and Cheese Pasta, Cucumber, Kiwis and Nori Sheets between lunch box containers or plates.
  • If serving over multiple days keep the pasta in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days until serving.
  • *Remove the non-edible silica gel from the Nori Sheets pack before serving*

  • Kids 2-4 years: Serve 1/4 portion. Cut fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  • Kids 5-8 years: Serve 1/2 portion.
  • Kids 9-13 years: Serve 3/4 portion.
  • Teens 14+ years: Serve a full portion.
