Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Peel and finely chop the redonion.
Peel and mince the garlic.
Clean the mushrooms with a cloth, knife or brush (don't wash them with water) and slice them into quarters.
2 Fry
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Once hot, fry the mushrooms with a pinch of salt for 6-7 min or until browned.
Once browned, add the onions and fry for 5 min.
After 5 min, add the garlic and fry for 1 min further.
3 Simmer
Add the measured water, creamcheese, Worcestershire sauce, 0.5 stockcube and the pulledbeef.
Bring to a simmer and cook over medium heat for 5-7 min or until the sauce begins to thicken slightly.
4 Cook beans
Meanwhile, trim the green beans.
Cook them in a pot of salted boiling water for 3 min or until tender.
Drain once cooked and return the beans to the pot with the butter and a pinch of salt.
Toss to coat.
5 Chop parsley
Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley leaves.
6 Serve
Serve the CreamyMushroomBeef alongside the ButteredGreenBeans.
Garnish with the parsley.
