Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Boil pasta

1 Boil pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
  • Add the pasta. Cook for 8-10 min until tender or cooked to your liking.
  • Drain the pasta and reserve the pot and a cup of pasta water.
Prep

  • Meanwhile, peel and cut the kiwi into slices.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Mix pasta

3 Mix pasta

  • Return the reserved pot to a medium-high heat with the cream cheese, red pesto and a small splash of the pasta water, mix until smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta and cherry tomatoes.
  • Mix and warm through for 1-2 mins.

  • Serve the Creamy Red Pesto Pasta with the Kiwi slices and Koala Crackers alongside.
