Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Roast fries
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.
Chop the potatoes into fries.
Add the potatoes to a large bowl with the smokedpaprika, potatoseasoning and a drizzle of oil.
Toss to coat.
Transfer the fries to a lined baking tray and roast for 30-35 min until golden and crispy.
2 Prep chicken
Meanwhile, slice the chicken into strips and add to a bowl with the 50g mayonnaise and a pinch of pepper.
Mix well to coat the chicken.
Crush the cornflakes and add to another bowl with the chickenseasoning and cajunspice.
Transfer the coated chicken to the cornflakes and coat, pressing firmly to adhere the cornflakes to the chicken.
Transfer the chicken to another lined baking tray.
3 Bake chicken
Drizzle the chicken with a small amount of oil.
Bake the chicken for 18-20 min or until crispy and cooked through.
4 Make slaw
Meanwhile, shred both cabbages.
Peel and grate the carrot.
Cut the lime into wedges.
Add all the slaw ingredients to a bowl and mix with a squeeze of limejuice and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
5 Make sauce
In a small bowl, combine the remaining mayonnaise with the sriracha.
6 Serve
Slice the tomatoes and pick the lettuceleaves.
In a dry frying pan toast the buns until golden.
Assemble the burger with the sauce spread on both sides of the bun.
