Instructions
1 Prep
Remove and discard the pits from the dates.
Peel the banana.
2 Combine
To a blender, add the dates, banana, cinnamon, milk, yogurt and honey.
Tip!For a thicker and creamier smoothie, remove the pits of the dates and freeze them ahead of time.
3 Blend
Blend everything for 1-2 min until smooth or to your desired consistency.
Tip!Feel free to add an extra scoop of protein powder of your choice.
4 Serve
