Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Fry chicken
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the chicken for 6-8 min until cooked through.
Halfway through cooking season with the smokedpaprika, garlic onion powder, oregano and chicken seasoning.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.
Wipe and reserve the pan.
2 Fry veg
Return the pan to the heat with another drizzle of oil.
Fry the greenbeans and pepper for 3-4 min until softened.
3 Add rice
Add the Cajunseasoning (Spicy!), rice and springonions (saving some for garnish) to the veg.
Mix and fry for 3-4. min further until the rice has warmed through.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
4 Mix sour cream
Meanwhile, zest and cut the lime into wedges.
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream with the limezest and a squeeze of limejuice to taste.
5 Serve
Serve the CajunChicken and Rice and LimeSour Cream topped with the remaining springonions.
