Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Fry

1 Fry

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil (for step 3).
  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the chicken for 5-7 min until cooked through.
  • Halfway through cooking, season with the chicken seasoning and a pinch of pepper.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan.
  • Reserve the pan.

2 Fry

  • Return the pan to a medium-high heat with another small drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the onions for 3-5 min until softened
Boil pasta

3 Boil pasta

  • Meanwhile, add the broccoli florets to the boiling water.
  • Cook for 1 min.
  • Add the tagliatelle and cook together for 2 min further.
  • Drain and reserve a cup of the pasta water.
Make sauce

4 Make sauce

  • To the onions, add the cream, chicken stock, vegetable seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Mix, until simmering.
  • Cook for 1-2 min until slightly thickened.
  • Add half of the parmesan and mix well.
Add pasta and chicken

5 Add pasta and chicken

  • Mix in a splash of pasta water to the sauce.
  • Add the pasta and broccoli to the sauce.
  • Toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Cook for 1 min, mixing regularly.
Tip! Add as much water as required to achieve the desired consistency.
Serve

6 Serve

  • Serve the Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Fresh Tagliatelle topped with the parsley leaves and remaining parmesan.
