Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Drain tuna
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Drain the tuna.
2 Saute peas
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the peas for 2-3 min.
Add the paprika, garliconionpowder and vegetableseasoning.
Mix and cook for 30 sec.
3 Boil pasta
Meanwhile, boil the tagliatelle for 2 min.
Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
4 Make sauce
Add the cream and tuna to the peas.
Add a generous splash of pasta water gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
Mix well and bring to a simmer.
Cook for 1-2 min until slightly thickened.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
5 Add pasta
Add the cooked tagliatelle and half of the cheddar (saving the rest for topping)
Toss to coat in the sauce.
6 Serve
Serve the CreamyTunaTagliatelle topped with the remaining cheddarcheese.
