Instructions

Fry salmon

1 Fry salmon

  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the salmon with a pinch of salt for 4-6 min until cooked through.
Prep Dressing

2 Prep Dressing

  • Meanwhile, cut the lime into wedges.
  • In a small bowl combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and chilli garlic sauce.
Glaze salmon

3 Glaze salmon

  • Once the salmon is cooked, turn the heat off and add the sweet chilli sauce.
Mix salad

4 Mix salad

  • In a large bowl, add the cabbages, carrot, onion and mint leaves.
  • Add the dressing.
  • Using clean hands or a spoon combine.
Serve

5 Serve

  • Crush the peanuts.
  • Serve the Crunchy Vietnamese Salmon Salad topped with the crushed peanuts.
