Before you start

Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Fry chicken

1 Fry chicken

  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the chicken for 3 min until half cooked.
  • Add the garlic onion powder, paprika, thyme and lemon pepper seasoning.
  • Mix and cook for a further 3-4 min until fully cooked.
  • Once cooked remove the chicken and retain the pan.
Prep

2 Prep

  • Meanwhile, chop the cucumber into small bite-sized pieces
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes in half.
Heat rice

3 Heat rice

  • Using your hands squeeze the rice in the packet, to break up the grains as they may become stuck to one another
  • Return the pan to the heat with a small drizzle of oil.
  • Cook the rice for 2-3 min,
  • Pick in the dill and mix.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve

4 Serve

  • Serve the Greek Chicken Gyros Bowl with Dill Riceand Feta.
  • Drizzle over the Herb Dressing.
