Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Fry lamb

1 Fry lamb

  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the lamb for 3 min until browned.
  • Add the garlic onion powder, paprika, oregano, lemon pepper seasoning and measured water.
  • Mix and cook for a further 2-3 min until fully cooked and most of the water has evaporated.
  • Once cooked, remove the lamb and retain the pan.
Prep

2 Prep

  • Meanwhile, chop the cucumber into small bite-sized pieces
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes in half.
Heat rice

3 Heat rice

  • Using your hands squeeze the rice in the packet, to break up the grains as they may become stuck to one another
  • Return the pan to the heat with a small drizzle of oil.
  • Cook the rice for 2-3 min,
  • Pick in the dill and mix.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve

4 Serve

  • Serve the Greek Lamb Gyros Bowl with Dill Rice and Feta, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
  • Drizzle over the Herb Dressing and serve any remaining on the side.
