Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Fry lamb
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the lamb for 3 min until browned.
Add the garlic onion powder, paprika, oregano, lemon pepper seasoning and measuredwater.
Mix and cook for a further 2-3 min until fully cooked and most of the water has evaporated.
Once cooked, remove the lamb and retain the pan.
2 Prep
Meanwhile, chop the cucumber into small bite-sized pieces
Chop the cherry tomatoes in half.
3 Heat rice
Using your hands squeeze the rice in the packet, to break up the grains as they may become stuck to one another
Return the pan to the heat with a small drizzle of oil.
Cook the rice for 2-3 min,
Pick in the dill and mix.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4 Serve
Serve the GreekLambGyros BowlwithDillRiceandFeta, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle over the Herb Dressing and serve any remaining on the side.
