Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Make sauce
Cut the lemon into wedges.
In a small bowl or measuring jug, combine the honey, wholegrain and dijon mustard, 1Tbsp lemonjuice, 1 Tbsp olive oil, whippingcream and garlic powder.
Stir to mix well.
Set aside until step 4.
2 Make rice
Heat a large pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the springonion for 2-3 min until softened.
Using your hands, squeeze the rice in the packet to separate the grains.
Add the rice, classicvegetablemix and vegetableseasoning to the onion. Mix through.
Add a splash of water, cover and allow to steam for 2-3 min.
3 Fry chicken
Meanwhile, heat a separate pan over medium-heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper for 5-7 min, turning often.
4 Add sauce
Add the sauce.
Turn the chicken in the sauce to fully coat.
Simmer for 2-3 min until slightly thickened and the chicken is cooked.
5 Serve
Serve HoneyMustardChicken over VegetableRice, with any extra sauce drizzled over the top.
