Before you start

Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Fry

1 Fry

  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the onions for 2-3 min until softened.
Add chicken

2 Add chicken

  • Add the chicken, garam masala, curry powder, coriander cumin powder and ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix well and cook for 2-3 min.
Make sauce

3 Make sauce

  • Add the tomato paste, chicken seasoning and measured water.
  • Mix and bring to a simmer.
  • Simmer for 5 min, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and the chicken is cooked through.
Cook rice

4 Cook rice

  • Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the carrots and peas for 2 min.
  • Using your hands squeeze the rice in the packet to separate the grains.
  • Add the rice and cook for 2-3 min with a pinch fo salt and pepper.
Finish curry

5 Finish curry

  • Mix the cream through the curry.
  • Heat for 1-2 min.
Serve

6 Serve

  • Pick the coriander leaves.
  • Serve the Mild and Creamy Chicken Curry with Mix Veg Rice topped with the coriander leaves.
