Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Fry
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the onions for 2-3 min until softened.
2 Add chicken
Add the chicken, garammasala, currypowder, coriandercuminpowder and gingergarlicpaste.
Mix well and cook for 2-3 min.
3 Make sauce
Add the tomatopaste, chickenseasoning and measuredwater.
Mix and bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 5 min, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and the chicken is cooked through.
4 Cook rice
Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the carrots and peas for 2 min.
Using your hands squeeze the rice in the packet to separate the grains.
Add the rice and cook for 2-3 min with a pinch fo salt and pepper.
5 Finish curry
Mix the cream through the curry.
Heat for 1-2 min.
6 Serve
Pick the coriander leaves.
Serve the Mild and Creamy ChickenCurry with Mix VegRice topped with the coriander leaves.
