Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Fry chicken
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
In a bowl add the chickenstrips with the chickenseasoning, paprika, thyme, garliconionpowder and a drizzle of oil.
Coat the chicken in the seasoning.
Fry the chicken for 6-8 min until cooked though.
Remove the chicken from the pan.
Wipe and retain the pan.
2 Fry veg
Return the pan to the heat with another drizzle of oil.
Fry the zucchini, onion, tomatoes and pepper for 3-5 min until tender.
3 Season veg
Season the vegetables with the vegetableseasoning and oregano.
4 Serve
Meanwhile, pick the basilleaves and discard the stems.
Heat the flatbreads in the microwave or oven for 30 sec.
Serve the Pan-fried Chicken Strips with Mediterranean Veg, Hummus and Flatbread.
Garnish with the freshbasilleaves.
