Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Fry chicken

1 Fry chicken

  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • In a bowl add the chicken strips with the chicken seasoning, paprika, thyme, garlic onion powder and a drizzle of oil.
  • Coat the chicken in the seasoning.
  • Fry the chicken for 6-8 min until cooked though.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan.
  • Wipe and retain the pan.

2 Fry veg

  • Return the pan to the heat with another drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the zucchini, onion, tomatoes and pepper for 3-5 min until tender.
Season veg

3 Season veg

  • Season the vegetables with the vegetable seasoning and oregano.
Serve

4 Serve

  • Meanwhile, pick the basil leaves and discard the stems.
  • Heat the flatbreads in the microwave or oven for 30 sec.
  • Serve the Pan-fried Chicken Strips with Mediterranean Veg, Hummus and Flatbread.
  • Garnish with the fresh basil leaves.
