Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Make glaze
In a small bowl, combine the teriyakisauce, soysauce, brownsugar and sesameseeds.
2 Fry prawns
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the prawns for 3-5 min until cooked through.
3 Fry rice
Meanwhile, heat another large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Fry the rice for 2-3 min.
Season the rice with the springonions and darksoysauce to taste.
Fry for a further 1 min.
4 Glaze prawns
Reduce the heat on the prawns and pour over the glaze.
Toss to coat and cook for 1-2 min until sticky.
5 Mix slaw
Meanwhile, cut the lime in half.
In a bowl, combine the slawmix with the sesamedressing, limejuice, and blacksesameseeds.
6 Serve
Serve the Prawn Teriyaki with the SesameSlaw and SpringOnionRice.
