Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Fry

  • Heat a large pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the onion and carrot for 3-5 min with a pinch of salt until softened.
Make sauce

  • Add the tomato paste, passata, 0.5 stock cube, oregano and garlic powder.
  • Mix and cook for 1 min.
Add beef

3 Add beef

  • Add the beef and measured water and bring to a simmer.
  • Simmer for 3-5 min, until the sauce has reduced and thickened slightly.
Fry gnocchi

4 Fry gnocchi

  • Meanwhile, heat a separate large frying pan over a medium-high heat with the butter and a small drizzle of oil.
  • Add the gnocchi and fry for 5-6 min until golden and slightly crispy
Tip! Want to make it even easier? Just add the gnocchi straight to the sauce and cook for 3-4 min.

  • Add the gnocchi to the ragu and toss to mix.
Serve

6 Serve

  • Serve the Quick Beef Ragu Gnocchi topped with the grated parmesan and basil leaves.
