Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Fry salmon
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
Fry the salmon with a pinch of salt and pepper for 3-5 min until cooked through
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Reserve the pan.
2 Fry onion
Return the pan to a medium-high heat with another drizzle of oil.
Fry the onions for 3-5 min until softened.
3 Boil pasta
Meanwhile, add the pappardelle to the boiling water and boil for 2 min.
Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
4 Make sauce
Zest the lemon and cut it into wedges.
To the onions add creamcheese, mustard, garlicpowder, lemonzest and lemonpepperseasoning.
Add a splash of pasta water and mix well.
Cook for 1 min until slightly thickened.
5 Add pasta
Add peas and cooked pappardelle.
Toss to coat in the sauce.
Add back the salmon and gently mix.
Squeeze over the lemonjuice to taste.
Tip!Add a splash more pasta water to loosen if desired.
6 Serve
Serve the Salmon and PeaFresh Pappardelle topped with the basilleaves and gratedparmesan.
