Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Fry salmon

1 Fry salmon

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Fry the salmon with a pinch of salt and pepper for 3-5 min until cooked through
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Reserve the pan.
Fry onion

2 Fry onion

  • Return the pan to a medium-high heat with another drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the onions for 3-5 min until softened.
Boil pasta

3 Boil pasta

  • Meanwhile, add the pappardelle to the boiling water and boil for 2 min.
  • Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
Make sauce

4 Make sauce

  • Zest the lemon and cut it into wedges.
  • To the onions add cream cheese, mustard, garlic powder, lemon zest and lemon pepper seasoning.
  • Add a splash of pasta water and mix well.
  • Cook for 1 min until slightly thickened.
Add pasta

5 Add pasta

  • Add peas and cooked pappardelle.
  • Toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Add back the salmon and gently mix.
  • Squeeze over the lemon juice to taste.
Tip! Add a splash more pasta water to loosen if desired.
Serve

6 Serve

  • Serve the Salmon and Pea Fresh Pappardelle topped with the basil leaves and grated parmesan.
