Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Fry steak
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the steakstrips with a pinch of salt and pepper for 4-5 min until cooked to your liking.
Remove from the pan.
Wipe and reserve the pan.
2 Fry eggs
Return the pan to the heat with another drizzle of oil.
Crack in the eggs and scramble for 1-2 min.
Remove from the pan.
Wipe and reserve the pan.
3 Fry veg
Return the pan to the heat with another drizzle of oil.
Fry the beans, peppers and carrots for 3-4 min until tender and slightly charred.
4 Add rice
Meanwhile, using your hands squeeze the rice in the packet to separate the grains.
Add the the rice to the pan and stir-fry for 2 min.
5 Season
Add the chinese5spice, oystersauce, soysauce, ricevinegar and sesameoil.
Mix well and add back the steakstrips and scrambledeggs.
Stir-fry for a further 2 min until mixed and fragrant.
6 Serve
Serve the Steak Strip Egg Fried Rice topped with the choppedspringonions.
