Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Fry chicken

1 Fry chicken

  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the chicken for 5-7 min until cooked through.
Prep Dressing

2 Prep Dressing

  • Meanwhile, cut the lime into wedges.
  • In a small bowl combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and chilli garlic sauce.
Glaze chicken

3 Glaze chicken

  • Once the chicken is cooked, turn the heat off and add the sweet chilli sauce.
  • Toss to coat the chicken in the sauce.
Mix salad

4 Mix salad

  • In a large bowl, add the cabbages, carrot, onion and mint leaves.
  • Add the dressing.
  • Using clean hands or a spoon combine.
Serve

5 Serve

  • Slightly crush the peanuts.
  • Serve the Crunchy Vietnamese Chicken Salad topped with the crushed peanuts.
