Instructions
1 Prep
If using an oven, preheat to 220°C/200°C fan.
If using an air fryer, preheat to 200°C.
In a large bowl, add the chickenwings with a drizzle of olive oil.
Toss to coat.
Sprinkle over the corn starch and garlic powder.
Toss once again to coat all the wings.
Tip!Have spare time? Marinate the chicken wings 12-24 hours before cooking.
2 If using an oven
Place the chicken wings onto a lined baking tray.
Roast for 15-20 min or until the chicken wings are golden-brown.
Tip!Having a barbecue? Place the chicken wings over an indirect heat and grill for 10-15 min, turning occasionally.
3 If using an air fryer
Place the chicken wings in a lined air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12-15 min or until the chicken wings are golden-brown and sticky.
Tip!Be careful not to overcrowd your air fryer basket - air fry them in batches instead.
4 Make sauce
Right before the wings are cooked, in a bowl melt the garlic butter in the microwave.
Then mix in the parmesan, basil, oregano, and a pinch of chilli flakes(spicy!) till combined.
This will have a sandy texture.
5 Serve
Toss the cooked chickenwings in the garlicparmesansauce.
Plate up the GarlicParmesanChicken Wings!
