Prep

  • Peel and slice the apple into quarters. Remove the core.
  • Pick the mint leaves.
  • Slice the lime in half.
  • To a blender, add the cucumber, apple, baby spinach, chia seeds, agave syrup, measured water, half the mint leaves and a squeeze of lime juice to taste.
Blend

2 Blend

  • Blend everything on a high speed for 1-2 min or until smooth.
Tip! Add a handful of ice cubes for a creamier smoothie.
