Instructions

Bake feta

1 Bake feta

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Prepare 2 sheets of tinfoil and add them to a baking tray. Portion the feta cheese into 2 and place each on a piece of tinfoil. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Fold the edges of the tin foil over the feta so each portion resembles a loose parcel. Bake in the oven for 20 min until soft and golden.
Prepare dressing

Meanwhile, peel and slice the shallots finely. Juice the lemon into a bowl or jar. Add the olive oil, shallots, salt and pepper and whisk or shake until fully combined - this is your dressing.
Prepare vegetables

3 Prepare vegetables

Chop the watermelon into bite-size pieces. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Chop the cucumber. Roughly chop the dill.
Toss salad

4 Toss salad

Toss the watermelon, cherry tomatoes, dill and cucumber in the lemon dressing. Once ready, serve the feta alongside the salad.
