Cherry tomatoes
250 Grams
Cucumber
1 Piece
Fresh dill

Tips for fussy eaters

Serve with roast potatoes or crusty bread.

Pro tip

Serve the feta as soon as it comes out of the oven. Otherwise you'll miss it at its oozy best!

Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

1 Bake feta

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Prepare 2/3/4 sheets of tinfoil and add them to a baking tray. Portion the feta cheese into 2/3/4 and place each on a piece of tinfoil. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Fold the edges of the tin foil over the feta so each portion resembles a loose parcel. Bake in the oven for 20 min until soft and golden.

2 Prepare dressing

Meanwhile, peel and slice the shallots finely. Juice the lemon into a bowl or jar. Add the olive oil, shallots, salt and pepper and whisk or shake until fully combined - this is your dressing.

3 Prepare vegetables

Chop the watermelon into bite-size pieces. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Chop the cucumber. Roughly chop the dill.

4 Toss salad

Toss the watermelon, cherry tomatoes, dill and cucumber in the lemon dressing. Once ready, serve the feta alongside the salad.
