Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.

Instructions

Boil pasta

1 Boil pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
  • Add the pasta. Cook for 8-10 min until tender or cooked to your liking.
  • Drain the pasta.
Make sauce

2 Make sauce

  • Meanwhile, heat another pot over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Fry the grated carrot for 2-3 min until softened.
  • Add the tomato paste, passata, oregano, garlic onion powder, BBQ spice and measured water.
  • Mix well and cook for 3-5 min.
  • Add the pulled beef and mix well.
  • Cook for a further 2-3 min until the pulled beef is warmed through.

  • Meanwhile, peel and cut the kiwi into slices.
Serve

4 Serve

  • Serve the Pulled Beef Bolognese Pasta with Kiwis and Pretzels
  • Top the pasta with the cheddar.
