Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Boil pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
Add the pasta. Cook for 8-10 min until tender or cooked to your liking.
Drain the pasta.
2 Make sauce
Meanwhile, heat another pot over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Fry the gratedcarrot for 2-3 min until softened.
Add the tomatopaste, passata, oregano, garlic onion powder, BBQspice and measuredwater.
Mix well and cook for 3-5 min.
Add the pulledbeef and mix well.
Cook for a further 2-3 min until the pulledbeef is warmed through.
3 Prep
Meanwhile, peel and cut the kiwi into slices.
4 Serve
Serve the Pulled BeefBolognesePasta with Kiwis and Pretzels
Top the pasta with the cheddar.
