Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Preheat oven to 180°C fan.
Finely slice cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
Cut cherrytomatoes in half.
Pick the mintleaves.
2 Heat pitta
Warm the pittabread in a warm oven for 4-5 min.
Set aside.
3 Mix zaatar
In a small bowl, combine zaatar and oliveoil.
Mix to a runny paste.
4 Serve
Spread labneh over the surface of each pittabread.
Evenly divide the zaataroil between the two pittabreads. Spread over the labneh.
Top with the cucumbers, tomatoes, oliveslices and mint.
Sprinkle over sumac.
Serve the Labneh and ZaatarManakeesh cut in half.
