  • Cut the cucumber into thin batons.
Mix zaatar

  • Mix zaatar with 2 Tbsp olive oil.
Spread toppings

  • Spread 1-2 Tbsp labneh on each tortilla wrap (saving the remaining labneh as a dip)
  • Add the zaatar oil mix and spread.
Roll

4 Roll

  • Roll up the tortilla wraps tightly.
  • Trim any unfilled ends away and slice each tortilla into 4-6 equal pieces.
Serve

  • Divide the Labneh and Zaatar Tortilla Roll-ups, Fresh Cucumber, Mandarins and Pretzels between lunch box containers or plates.
