Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Coat drumsticks
If using an oven, preheat to 220°C/200°C fan.
If using an air fryer, preheat to 180°C.
Zest the lemon and cut it in half.
In a large bowl, add the chickendrumsticks with the chickenseasoning, lemonpepperseasoning, lemonzest, thyme, half the lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
Toss well to coat.
Tip!Marinate the chicken for as long as possible.
2 If using an oven
Place the drumsticks onto a lined baking tray.
Roast for 18-20 min or until the drumsticks are golden-brown and crispy.
Tip!Having a barbecue? Place the chicken drumsticks over an indirect heat and grill for 10-15 min, turning occasionally.
3 If using an air fryer
Place the drumsticks in an air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12-15 min or until the drumsticks are golden-brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
4 Make dip
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
In a small bowl, combine the sourcream, mayonnaise, garlic, dijon and the remainin half of the lemon juice.
Add a splash of water if you prefer a runnier dip.
5 Serve
Serve the Lemon Herb ChickenDrumsticks with the Garlic Aioli to the side.
