Before you start
Please wash your hands and rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables prior to cooking.
Instructions
1 Prep
Peel and finely slice the onions.
Chop the cherry tomatoes in half.
Chop the olives in half.
2 Make tzatziki
Grate the cucumber.
Over a bowl, using clean hands squeeze the grated cucumber to remove as much liquid as possible.
In a bowl, combine the yogurt and cucumber with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3 Fry Beef
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Add the beef, thyme, paprika, garliconionpowder and lemon pepper seasoning.
Fry for 4-6 min until browned and slightly crispy.
4 Make dressing
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic.
Cut the lemon into wedges.
In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp of lemon juice, the garlic, oregano and agave syrup with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
5 Serve
Add the lettuce and veggies to a bowl.
Top with the beef and crumble over the feta.
